Dear Macon East-Montgomery Families:

 

The MEMA Fall Sports Banquet will be held on 12/7/09 at 6:30 P.M. in the gymnasium.  On behalf of the Booster Club, I would like to thank our coaches and student-athletes for their efforts and congratulate all of them on their successes.  This year we will be celebrating the success of our varsity and junior football teams, cheerleading squads and volleyball teams.

 

The cost of this year’s event will be $12.00 per person.  We need to make sure we reserve a spot for everyone, so please fill out the form below and return it along with your check in the appropriate amount to the school office no later than 3:00 on Wednesday, December 2, 2009.  This will allow us adequate time to make final arrangements with the caterer.  As you might have noticed, we have changed the pricing slightly in an attempt to encourage more participation.  I would like to encourage all of you to come if you can to show these coaches and athletes how much we all appreciate their efforts and the memories they have given us.

 

In addition, I would like to say thanks to the many who gave their time and efforts to support the program and without whose efforts we would not be able to do nearly as much for our athletes.  Thanks to everyone for a great fall season and God bless.
