Student Government Association

The Student Government Association at Macon East Academy is made up of students from 7th – 12th grades who volunteer their time and efforts to serve through this governing body of the upper school. Each year SGA sponsors the Homecoming events, including themed school dress-up days and the Homecoming dance. The SGA also partners with Life South Blood Bank to host an annual on campus blood drive in the spring. The SGA participates in various other Community Service projects throughout the school year. To help fund the work of the SGA, its members sell Chick-Fil-A chicken biscuits on campus every Friday morning.
